MCViewer: The Cake Poker Mucked Card Viewer

We all have our preferences when it comes to the software clients of online poker rooms.  Some players prefer the look and functionality that PokerStars has, while others prefer the likes of Full Tilt Poker, Cake Poker, or others.  Although poker sites constantly make changes to please players, the adjustments usually take time.  Therefore, in order to achieve what we need at the tables, we usually turn to AutoHotKey (AHK) scripts, tracking and analysis programs, software client mods, and several other tools that change the way we interact with any given poker client.  For example, some find it very time consuming to read through a hand history on Cake Poker to see what cards a player mucked or how the hand was played.  If only the mucked cards from the previous hand could be displayed instantly with an HUD?

We have good news.  MCViewer will make figuring out mucked cards from the previous hand a breeze.  Using a very clean HUD, MCViewer simply reads the history from the previous hand and displays the cards near each player’s name.  There will no longer be a need to scan back through the hand histories to see what cards your opponent mucked.  If you are playing on several tables at once, this can be a big time saver.  Here’s a preview of what you can expect:



Here is how you get started using MCViewer:

1) Go to the official website of MC Viewer.
2) Download and install the latest version.
3) After MCViewer is started, click on the “Options” button and set up a hand history folder where you keep your hand histories.

Once you set up MCViewer, select the “Start” button in the software’s graphical user interface (GUI).  To stop the program, simply select “Stop.”  The software supports both Hold’em and Omaha on most Cake Poker Network sites.  Here’s a snapshot of the GUI:
